All orders will go out within a week! I usually pack all my orders one day a week. Its just me running things, thank you for your patience!!

Orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. After you have recieved your “shipped” status email, please allow 1-2 weeks for it to arrive nationally.

Please check your junk folder as they sometime get lost in there. If you it can’t be found, please e-mail me and I will try to find it for you!

Unfortunately, no. Please be mindful when placing orders as there are no cancellations or returns,

If your order was damaged in transit, please let me know via e-mail and I will try to work out a solution with you. I pack my orders very carefully but once they are shipped off things are out of my hands.

If you have been waiting longer than expected for your parcel and believe it to be missing, you can reach me via e-mail. Missing packages often end up coming back.

If something is missing from your order, please e-mail me and I will make sure it is sent off asap.

There is a flat shipping fee for all national orders of $15.

International orders have not yet been organised.

If you wish to order something from overseas please send me an e-mail and we can arrange to have the products sent to you.

Any additional taxes/fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by my product costs/shipping fees. If you do not pay the fees, your order will be returned to me and you will be refunded, minus the original shipping costs.
